Eligibility for Refunds
• Member Services: Refund requests for member services must be made within 3 days of purchase.
• Accessed Content: If you have not accessed more than 20 questions, you are eligible for a refund.
• Digital Courses: Once a digital product is downloaded or accessed, it is considered used and used products cannot be refunded.
However, DETPractice welcomes you to Contact us to solve your problems in any situations. We will try our best to provide a solution that satisfies you.
 
How to Request a Refund / Cancel Subscription
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
1.Cancel Subscription: Login to your account, find and click the "Manage your billing" link at the bottom of the membership page. You will be redirected to a confirmation page where you can confirm your decision to unsubscribe.
2.Contact Our Support: Contact our customer support team at support@detpractice.com with your order number and the reason for the refund request.
3.Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Exclusions
The following are not eligible for refunds:
• Digital products that have been downloaded.
• Products and services purchased through third-party vendors.
